If you’ve been thinking of learning to meditate, now is a great time to enrol in our September Mindfulness Meditation course as the Early Bird Discount ends this Friday 2nd Sept.
In this course you will learn
  • What happens to your body when you experience stress and what happens to your health when this stress is maintained
  • How to live life mindfully, responding rather than reacting to challenging situations
  • A simple 4-step process to lead you into easy meditation
  • How to sleep better, manage pain and strong emotions
  • What the science says about having a positive attitude and how to achieve this
The course is 5 classes held over 5 consecutive Mondays starting on 19 Sept at 7pm (a 1pm class on the same dates may be also available – please state if this is your preference). First class is usually 1.5 – 2 hrs, subsequent classes 1 – 1.5 hrs.  Class size is small – usually about 10, and no more than 14. Discount available if 2 or more from 1 family attend together.

About Judith Lissing

Judith Lissing is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Wellness Coach, with 15 years experience in teaching stress management and meditation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Immunology and a Masters degree in Public Health, both from the University of NSW. She is also an Associate Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of NSW since 1999. Judith is trained in Wellness Coaching with Wellcoaches U.S. and holds a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. Prior to coaching professionally, Judith held a statewide management role with NSW Health working with all levels of staff across the health sector.
